Some video of me bottomfishing at one of my favorite spots in the San Juans yesterday.  I tried out my new Kodak Playsport HD camera, and even tried to get some underwater footage with my fuji z33wp camera set on video.  Lets just say its not exactly Werner Herzog material.

The shots themselves were good, audio not so good, and what came out on youtube was pretty disappointing.  I still have no idea how to edit or web-ify video.  Looks good on my computer but looks like crap on youtube.  In the underwater shots the fish are just digital blobs.  And I call myself a web developer!  I've got a long way to go. Anyway, I catch some good sized fish.  They get larger as the video goes on, culminating in a nice 35" lingcod.  Take THAT yakinitup! :P  (at least you can keep yours)

Another classic TTM vid. Quality looks good to me. When YT first posts your vids quality is bad but updates it as time goes on.

Nice video and nice fish.  I really enjoy watching your videos.  Thanks for posting them. I'm jealous of the time you get to spend on the water :)

Very perceptive!  When Lee posted about Backpacker's supply going out of business in Tacoma it just so happened I was driving to Olympia the next day.  I stopped in, tried it on, and the price was just too good to pass up.  The Gore-tex makes a HUGE difference!  The wrist gaskets are killing me but I know they'll ease up.
