I fished Chambers from 5pm to 8pm yesterday and nothing. Not even the motor boats hooked up. A few fish popped up on the FF, no bait fish seen on the surface.

Were the nets in the water?  I hear the fish swim in and out of the tidal zone, and if the nets are in, the fishing is bad and stays that way for a day or two after they are out.  I think Nets are allowed in there until Thursday evening, which means Sunday would be the best day to hit it.

Don't worry IS, they are coming. What Lee said. If the nets are in it'll be bad. As far as I know there's no schedule.

Schedule can be obtained by calling 253-845-7747.  There is a recording.   :)

Edit:  Should also add, the "tribal" (this is what he referred to himself and his partners as) said that it usually gets good in a week or two, so next week, 21 August and after should be good.

They hadn't drop the nets when I went out, but they may have the day before.

Dino,
if ya do get back there at a lower tide time, would you  keep an eye out for that clear plastic plano box filled with flashers, spoons, keel weights and hootchies that i cant account for. maybe with all that metal it'll show up on the fish finder. startin to think it went M.O.B. right around the railroad bridge, since i had it laying in the tankwell like a numbass and probly forgot it was there.
