It's a pre twist and stow rudder, older hull design. probably the original, even before the V1 Mirage Drive design.

Not worth 1,000, INMHO, i turned one exactly like that down for 800 and i was only gonna offer 700 if it was early twist and stow model w/V1 drive.

Thanks Roy.  The name "outback" is the only thing I am familiar with.
