A bare bones boat

So, was looking through a retailers web site and saw this yak;

and it hit me: there's no hatches and maybe no below decks storage.

So, how would you rig this bare bones boat for your own use??

Does not appear possible without first installing water tight access hatches so the interior is accessible, to install hardware (backing washers, nuts, etc, etc)....

I would perform all of the rigging with pop-rivets and pretty much everything would be RAM mounts.  I would use RAM Revolution Tubes behind the seat on both sides.  Use a medium-sized dry bag for your tackle and stash it up on the front in those bungees.  The rear tank well would be for a fish cooler bag and a smaller dry bag for other misc gear.  The transducer for the sounder would probably be rigged on a removable arm setup and positioned over the side towards the front.  This is all without the installation of any hatches, of course.  I'd probably add a hatch though. 

That plum color would match Spot's toenails. 

rawkfish is on the right track. I'm thinking even more minimalist, and no RAM mounts, but at least a ryno bar for the fishin' buddy ff.

guys, we have a yak modder brain trust here that i am trying to get wound up and motivated. really i want to see what other wild azz ideas we can come up with. think of it as a clean slate that you want to do YOUR way and only YOUR way.

bear this in mind, too guys; Golden Dog, bsteves and one or two others have similar boats [OKs mostly] that they use very effectively. last i saw of either Dave or Brians boat, it was a seat, a rod holder, maybe some bungee and that was about it...

i'd really really wanna put a round storage hatch on that puppy along with the ryno bar. looks like the only viable places to do it are in the front tank well and right in front of the seat well.

but, that's just me. i started this to see what everyone else would do.

  well it is not far off of what I paddle. A P-15 with one additional rod holder mount between my feet. Typical gear on the water for me is:
two rods
big blue tackle bag
lip grippers on a leash
game clip on a leash
..... have yet to get a FF on the yak but see the appeal
