It's tough for me to do this, but we need more room in the garage.

For sale is a Malibu X-Factor.

This was the boat I used before getting into the Hobie Revolution so it has seen it's fair share of fish blood and has plenty of fish-mojo left in it.  The base color is a hunter green, but it has a camo paint job which makes it really stand out.

The X-Factor is a pretty big boat.  As far as stability goes, there are few kayaks that provide the same amount that this boat does.  It has a 600lb. weight capacity.  I could climb all over this thing on the ocean on a reasonably nice day and rarely ever felt like it was going to buck me off.  The actual dimensions are 14' 4" from bow to stern and a beam of 33".  Given that it is so stable, it isn't the fastest kayak.  I have, however, logged plenty of eight-plus mile days on it.  I have also taken the wife out on this boat with me.  I installed eyelets on the very back so a seat can be hooked into the rear gear well.

As far as being set up for fishing, this boat is hard to beat when it comes to used boats.  The boat has three hatches.  A large one up front, one in the cockpit area and one just behind the seat.  It has six flush mount rod holders and comes with a removable rod holder/utility rack built out of PVC that provides two additional tube-style rod holders and a fish sprayer which can automatically(operates on a battery and timer) spray down your fish stored in the rear storage well.  This utility rack also has a scotty rail mount which provides the option of either another rod holder, a safety light or a flag.  The kayak comes with an internal live well called a Kayatank that can be installed in the middle hatch.  I built the whole thing myself(not my design) from scratch including the electrical timer switch and installed it shortly after I bought the kayak so if you have questions with it I can help with any part.  I have removed the tank, but it can easily be put back in which I can provide assistance with as well.

Here is a thread showing the rod holder/utility rack in detail:

Here's a pic with a little more info about the kayatank in the caption:
http://www.northwestkayakanglers.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=1069

There are holes in certain places around the cockpit from the RAM mounts that were installed, but these will either be permanently patched or filled with marine goop in case you would like to later use the same holes for your own rigging.  There are also zig-zag cleats forward and aft of the seat which can be used for creating a quick release anchor system or they can be used as standard anchor points.

Here are some pics of it in action:

I can provide some as-is pics as soon as I can get around to it.

There are a few more pics in my gallery, mostly in the "rigging" category.
The boat comes with a basic aluminum paddle and basic seat.  All of the RAM mounts, the depth finder, and battery have been removed.

Selling for $650 or best offer.

That's a great price for well equipped yak.
This boat certainly has Fish Mojo and served Monkey boy well!    ;D

Yup.  Plenty of good memories fishing on it and getting it all tricked out.

I forgot to mention in the original post that this kayak also comes with a X-Wing console that has not been installed yet.

It would get in the way of the pedals.

That is one sexy beauty. I wish I had the cash. Would you be willing to take a 50% royalty of each fish caught from it for the next two years?
