Zee. Thanks a ton for your old post on the non-fried panko baked lingcod. I'm stuffed to the gills(no pun intended). It's quick, easy & delicious. Another benefit is that anyone on a gluten-free diet(Yakchick) can gobble this down with no side effects. You're the man( or since you're so tall, the Gloria Child of fish recipes) ;D

Hmmm, Panko is Japanese bread crumbs, right?....which would have Gluten as I recall. Dang, I'm always looking for Gluten-Free recipes fir family and friends....

jhfish. This is gluten-free Panko style bread crumbs made by Kinnikinnick which makes a bunch of gluten-free food. Wife is on a gluten-free diet for Celiac so we have developed quite the overhaul for dietary needs. I'm very low sodium (1000mg or less daily) for my Meniere's. Mrs. Dash has tons of variety(no salt/msg) and is my best friend. Pm me if you have questions.
