Links Section

I added a links section ... see the menu tabs at the top or go here ... http://www.northwestkayakanglers.com/bb/index.php?action=links

I've opened up permissions for everyone to be able to add links for now.  Feel free to add whatever categories and links you want and don't worry too much about organization or content.  At some point I'll most likely restrict permissions and reorganize the links.

Why have a links page here, when we already have one (although mostly bare) from the front page.  Well, I'm going to move away from the existing front page and use more of a forum portal approach.
