Ow,I ate too much. Ow. I ate too much.
Recipe: BBQ on an alder plank , Weber Gas Grill Medium Direct Heat
Ingredients: Halibut fillet 2" thick (add cheeks too)
                     Marinade for 2 hrs or more in Olive Oil with Old World's Mediterranean Dry Rub/Marinade
                      1 Alder plank
Grill for 15-30 minutes depending on thickness of fillet.
It's that simple and absolutely delicioso
