I have a couple of sit-on-top fishing kayaks for sale:

Ocean Kayak Prowler 13 Angler - Yellow, good condition with basic scratches. 2 flush-mount rod holders factory-installed behind the seat. Basic seat included. $450

Ocean Kayak Big Game Angler - Olive green. This boat had a crack in the top deck, which has been welded & reinforced. I also added a center hatch. Paddled one weekend at Beacon Rock to check the weld (no leaking). 2 flush-mount rod holders factory-installed behind the seat. $400. You can view pictures of the weld & hatch here:

Both boats are located in Stevenson, WA, and I can also meet in Hood River.

Brian,

Those are some good prices on the yaks.  How old are they?  How much usage, how many trips out?  Did you get the weld done on the BG somewhere professionally?  Where?  Or did you do it yourself?

The Prowler 13 I picked up in the spring. It's been paddled probably 20-30 times, all on the Columbia river.

The Big Game has only been paddled twice over one weekend, mostly to check the weld. I did the weld myself, along with installing the center hatch. I work for a shop in Hood River, and have been welding boats for almost 10 years. No leaking through either the weld or the hatch in the two days I paddled it.

Hey Brian,

Think that Prowler 13 will like living lower down on the Columbia?  I'll buy it and we can work out a time and place when I can pick up.
Shoot me a note as to where to send the $, etc
Thanks

I've only fished out of a kayak a handful of times, but used the Prowler 13 as an all-around boat a lot of the summer. I'm more of a paddler, but my kids (9&10) enjoy fishing, so this makes a good compromise.  I did catch a nice bass at the mouth of the John Day, but most of my time so far has been spent fixing the kid's lines, etc. Need to learn more, so we can have more fun out there. Until this year, I hadn't fished since I wasn't much older than they are now. So I'll be lurking a bit trying to pick up knowledge.

No pics of the bass, but here's a couple from a weekend at Beacon Rock:

I'll be replacing this P13 with another. The Big Game just needs a home. nice stable boat, but a bit more than what I need. The P13 works very well here in the Gorge.

I wish I could pull the trigger now but....if the Big Game is still available come May/June, you'll have a buyer.
