I've been planning a 2 knight camp trip from the Neah Bay area to Crescent Beach for some time now, and this is the year I'm doing it, (I Hope).  These are my home waters and I've played hear for 20 years now.  I know them well though there are a couple of areas I've not seen.  I'm planning the second weekend in August tentatively.  You'd need a big boat and plenty of paddle power, currents, winds etc can be tough and you need to be able to paddle against both for a sustained period although the idea is to take advantage of both and not be doing that.  King fishing is open till 8-15 here and pinks should be around in good numbers and coho.  Bottomfish in area 4 and 5 and I can arrange a fish pick up the first night.  If weather is real bad we will cancel but NW to W is the dominant wind and it will be at our backs.  Let me know if you like the idea and think you can do it.

too bad august isn't 3 weeks longer. ;D

if you choose an earlier or later weekend i would be willing to help with logistics too since i live in PA.
