I and a friend took the kayaks out on Commencement Bay early Sat morning.   Between the two of us, we caught and released 11 in the first hour, then things drastically slowed down.   All were on little pink Hoochies behind a 4" KoneZone Flasher "thanks to reading Spot's review"   As already mentioned, going very slow.
Hardly saw any jumping, but would see bait fish jumping and would paddle that direction.
I used to think that Bigfoot might exist. Then I saw the reality shows where they are looking for them.  Now I am certain they don't

Bring a casting rig with you and when you get tired of trolling toss 2" pink buzz bombs with 2/0 hooks.

FYI when using Buzz Bombs, a size 1 siwash will get you a lot more hookups and they'll stay put better too.

A size 1 what? Is that a buzz bomb pattern or a style or brand of hook? I am unfamiliar with what ever a siwash is.
Keep the sunny side up & the wet side down.
Good Luck & tight lines
