OK...check this out. My dad and his best friend Mike Allen are now filming themselves getting into some nice fish on the canals in southern California. Not bad for a couple 73 year olds?? ;) I think they did a pretty good job for the first video ever..
These guys are having fun!

Ice fishing can turn out some "grumpy old men."

That So-Cal sunshine seems to crank out some "happy old dudes."

Looks like them boys were having a great time .Thanks for the post and for sharing it with us all.
Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

Great video.  It is amazing what great footage can be shot with the GoPros and Playsports (I hope Davey Jones is enjoying mine).  I used to live down in that area, although I never fished Cibola.  I stayed closer to home on Lake Havasu or up on Topock Marsh. I made the occasional trip to Alamo Lake for some nice big large mouths.  Sometimes I miss the nice warm water and being able to dive in after snagged lures. ;D

Thanks for watching.. These guys are completely responsible for my kayak fishing addiction. I was hooked 7 years ago when these two took me fishing on a Hobie for Spotted Bay Bass in Huntington Harbor. We slayed 'em!!! Mike Allen is no stranger to video's. He's in Hobie's "Fishing the World" video and numerous other Hobie related advertising. I think Mike's picture is still on the tags of every new Hobie thats purchased.. These guys are loving life!!!
