I've been using the one that is on the upper left of the front page.  With winter coming, I have a long list of things on my mind to improve the site.  The logo is lower on my list as I'm sure you'd all rather see things like photos, articles, and I still need to put some ad space up for the companies that sponsored the derby.  But if someone with more creative ability than me proposed a super cool logo, I'm more than willing to let you guys decide if we should change to it.

Front page?
I thought I was on the front page, but I don't see any logo. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

It is a little confusing, because when you hit the "Home" button, it merely takes you to the bulletin board front page.  Anyway, if you go to this link:

http://www.northwestkayakanglers.com/

then you can view the logo.

Yes, and the front page is a bit sparse right now.  I have a long list of winter time projects.  But if any of you all want to write an article to post, I'd really appreciate it.  Any topic related to kayak fishing ...

Hey Allen, I am a graphic designer and wouldn't mind helping out. Let's talk about it @ Paddlefest.

Thanks FLYGUY,
Ever since I joined the forum I have never gone back to the home page!
I like the design, however it does look a little "empty" at this time. Now that a real artist is in the picture, maybe he has some creative ideas to share. Welcome ZEELANDER.

Zeelander, nice to see you here.  It's kind of funny that we were at the same tourney at Mendo last weekend and didn't talk to each other.   I'll PM you my cell so we can try to hook up for to chat/fish at Paddlefest.

So you know, I'm a hardware engineer and a fisherman.  Which is just about completly opposite from web designer!  I'm figuring things out as I go here.  My goals for this summer with the website/club were simple.  Start the forums (done!).  Get 50 members (done!).  And organize a derby (done!).

POLEPOLE,
After all that work for the summer, I suggest you take some time off and go fishing.
