Ihop or any others,

I have a large secure place in Hillsboro to park your trailer. After the crabbing session we can drop off vehicles there and go to the clinic. My parents have lived there for 58 years and haven't disappeared yet!

I checked out the parking situation yesterday and found that, while the majority of the parking is on the street (there's a small lot behind the store), there should be plenty of opportunites within 1 block.  I've highlighted in green the most convenient parking for the shop.

I hope to see y'all there!

I am going to miss out as I will be attending the Seahawks - Eagles game. Maybe one of you guys with a video camera could record the session and post for those of us who are unable to attend. I know 2 hours of video is kind of tedious to watch sometimes, but I personally would break my viewing in to 20 minute chunks during lunch times . I would appreciate it for two reasons:

1) I am sure there will be some great information being spewed out  :)  and
2) it will keep from spending more time on Seahawks blogs, which are often depressing  :'(

Hey all, I thought we should formalize our pizza and beer plan for tonight. One option would be for me to pick up some pizzas from Costco on the way over. I assume we could also get delivery or perhaps there is a pizza place nearby that folks like.

If you want me to get pizza I will need a head count. I think the easy way to get an accurate head count would be for everyone who is going to respond again ( easier than going through past posts).

I'd buy in on pizza!   ;D

There's a Pizza Hut about 3 blocks away.  Not sure what else is available close by.

I am happy to grab the pizza from Costco. Their pizza is quite good. They have 3 types: Cheese (really like extra cheese), pepperoni, and combo (green pepper, black olive, onion, sausage, pepperoni, etc). I just need to know how many of each type we will need and if folks have a preference.

I figure Spot is going to feed us a lot of great information, the lease I can do is feed him some pizza :)

Perhaps someone else can bring the beverage (beer or soda). If I buy the beer from Costco it will be at room temp. I know a bunch of folks offered to bring beer, I just do not want this to slip through the cracks. I figure if we can get a few beers in Spot that he will reveal even deeper kayak fishing secrets :)

COMBO!!   ;D

I would suggest darker ales if it isn't going to be cold.   ;)

I'll chip in on both accounts.

I hear that the secret to getting Spot to talk is....

A gallon of cold milk.

I will bring two six packs of good beer. I might be there closer to 730 if traffic is bad.

I went through the thread and this looked to see who said they would be there tonight. Please scan the list quickly and let me know if I missed someone:

Spot, pdxfisher, CastIronTrout, firebunkers23, craig, Stevehawk, Noah, IslandHoppa, DTS, andyjade, C_Run, Tenacious_B, rawkfish, INSAYN, Deluxeharley

That makes 15 people so far. I figure 1/3 of a pizza per person would be a reasonable estimate. That would be 5 pies. I also assume that there will be folks showing up who did not reply. I am thinking that perhaps 2 of each (6 total) might be a good number. I am also happy to make if another distribution and number (more combos, less of another, etc). Anyone have any thoughts?

I will leave the beer up to others, it sounds like Noah is in for a couple of sixes. I doubt we need a ton of beer - I want to remember what Spot says :)
