Might have pushed it a little. NOAA said the swell would be 5-7, but it seemed quite a bit bigger & a bit rough w/ light wind. Couldn't get near any rocks & got skunked, but still a beautiful day. Lost a couple lbs of fat on the paddle out & back.




CG might have been a little worried, so I put the camera down & gave them the all's well signal.

on the water photos were Cape Arago State Park, Simpson's Reef from the west. Onshore launch/return site was Sunset Bay State Park a few miles north.
