I was at Cabela's yesterday "Wed" and only one left in the bargain cave.    Though in the package,  it looked like it had been opened before and perhaps a return.     Surprised it was priced at $175 since they had them out on the sales floor last year on sale for $169 when I picked up mine.
Last week I was at Wholesale Sports in Fed Way and they had one on display with no price tag.  Knowing they were being discontinued,  I inquired on the price and if it was the last one.   The sales guy said they had just placed that one out the day before and there was a number in the back that would being discounted as a close out.   He didn't know the price yet.
I used to think that Bigfoot might exist. Then I saw the reality shows where they are looking for them.  Now I am certain they don't

I'm a huge fan of the Cuda350 and it's equivalent, the Lowrance M56. But for the difference in price(~$50), it's WELL worth holding out for Lowrance mark 4. I have not actually laid hands on one, but assuming it's as good as the M56 and it's got uploadable maps and it can record a track!!!!

Again, I have been using an M56 for the last 5 years, and it's a sweet unit, but the upgradability has me ready to spend some money (something that I'm loathe to do).

One of the things that really hooked me on the Mark 4 is the ability to scroll back through recent screen images and mark critical structure with a gps point.  This will be awesome when fishing rockfish and lings.  Often times I drift over structure and then hook up with something big.  Many times I don't have time to reach forward and mark the exact spot while fighting the fish.  This will allow me to land a large ling, scroll back to the structure it was caught from, mark it and return directly to it.

I'm in the market for a FF to mount on the F-n-D but was curious on the max depth of 200' ..... Is that enough depth range for the Oregon Coast? I'm a coastal rookie and not exactly sure on what's average depth bottom fishing.

Yep most bottom fishing is done in 30 to 60 feet of water.

Thanks for letting me know! :) I picked mine up this morning. Such a sweet little GPS/fishfinder. The color version big brother was almost twice the price! ($300) :o

Yeah the Mark 4 is well worth the price. You can also take a still shot with the click of button saving your location and a screenshot of your screen so you can go back and find the exact structure. Very helpful if you're fighting a fish and can't fiddle with the fishfinder menu to save your position in the GPS.

The 200' max depth stated in the link in WR's post is incorrect.  Max Depth is 1000'
