Salmon River Riggins Idaho

Gonna head up for our annual trip to the inlaws and was wondering if anyone has fished here before. Not gonna take A yak but was thinking of A guide service. Any tips or info would be great! Dont know exactly what days I will be there yet but inbetween the 30th of this month and 11th of april...Thanks in advance...Andy

Steelhead season will still be open (closes April 30) and there will be fish in both the main Salmon and Little Salmon Rivers. If you want to fish on the river a guide would work, but you can bank fish for steelhead on both rivers too.
