Freshwater Marlin? Sportfishing Magazine Article

Did anyone catch the article in the April edition of Sportfishing Magazine on large pelagic fish being caught in a remote, fresh water lake in Papua New Guinea?  The lake was once connected to a river that lead out to the ocean.  April Fools joke or truth?  You decide

After the 9 foot sturgeon siting at Battleground lake last few weeks I believe it. Some of these monster fish adapt well to freshwater.
