Hello All! My first name is Matt if you haven't guessed!

Im located in Eagle River Alaska. I grew up here, hunting and fishing all the way! I took a few years off to go sew my oats as it were in the Navy.

Im a Plumber by trade and own my company. I just started it in October of 2011 but so far its doing pretty good!

I Have two little girls, the oldest is already showing signs of being a hopeless fisherwoman. Haven't introduced her to hunting yet so that is still up in the air.

My lovely wife Monica of almost 9 years :o is always up for fishing too! She doesn't like hunting but will happily eat the bounty if Im lucky!

Thanks Rich and RR! I grew up in Anchorage. I moved 20 minutes out to eagle river a few years ago. Anchorage was getting a little to big for me and expensive. Eagle river reminds me of the anchorage I grew up in. I caught that ling just off montague Island. We caught a lot that big that day. Awesome place to fish. Its a mothership trip for sure though. I wish I could swing the cash to go on that trip that chris is planning there this spring.

Welcome and yes, very nice looking family! One of my buddies has two girls and no boys, and has taught them to fish and hunt. One of his daughters shot a cow moose when she was only 10, up in the NE corner of WA.
