Two Thumbs way up! I really liked the launch/landing sequence. This video couldn't have come at a better time cause I just took delivery of my outback today. Getting me fired up >:D

I can't believe how flat it was there compared to how nasty it was down south!  Next time I am going north! Great video Jammer.

Thanks for posting. GREAT video!  I really enjoyed watching and longing to one day get to fish PC.  I don't think the weather condition could be any better. Looked like plenty of fish to be caught too. Great camera work!!

Thanks for your compliments guys. I tried to cut it down as much as possible, as I think its still to long. Its hard to decide which clips to put in these. The fishing was so good on Sunday I ended up having to pick only 4 of the 20 fish landing clips that I recorded for the video. I also spent half the evening trying to pick a song, which is kinda hard to do, especially 10 minutes long. I'm still using the Arc Media software that came with my Kodak Playsport to edit these videos. It actually works pretty well.

Did you guys notice the clip of Waterman hooking up with something huge?

I think Waterman told us he spent 45 minutes with it before it broke off. Nobody had a chance to see it :(

I remember reading that.  I was just rubbing salt in the wound due to my jealousy of not being out there with you guys. All in good fun!  ;)

Fantastic!

I'm kicking my own ass for not making the trip out there. Won't pass up the opportunity next time.

Don't beat yourself up over the length of that video. The time flew by as far as I was concerned. The launching and landing parts were the most interesting for me as I haven't experienced it for myself, and am a little apprehensive about it. That video is about the best first hand footage that I have seen of both sequences - now I feel like I've almost done an easy surf day myself. The fishing action was icing on that cake.  Thanks!

Thanks Sherminator!

That final segment was a close one for me. I almost got huli'd myself because I was too busy watching Insayn getting catapulted up and out of his kayak on the wave directly behind me. I wasn't paying enough attention to my own wave and almost lost it..

That was an awesome video Jammer and it looked like way too much fun. Never been out in the surf, but looks like I'm going to need to buy a helmet soon.

Jammer, that was such a super video. Would love to see the camera mount setup you used. Really an excellent job showing us how to launch and land in surf. You clearly had a lot of confidence to leave the FF, rods and cameras all topside during the landing. I would have liked to see the clip just after you boarded when you installed the Mirage Drive, couldn't tell if you paddled a bit before the install.

Looks like you had two fish on multiple times is that typical? Tell me more about that, do you wait after hooking the first one or is it just random?

Also noticed you didn't use a lip gripper or gloves. Why not?

I'm sitting looking out at perfect blue skies over a frozen lake in Frisco, Colorado, getting ready to hit the slopes at Copper Mountain shortly. Hope to ski today but plan to learn snowboarding this week. Temps today are nearly 60! Sunburn weather.

Hey jammer, i got tired of the software that came with the playsport so i bought a video editing program online for like 39 or 49 bucks called video pad video editor. For the price it's pretty awesome and way easier to use then the stock one. It's very intuitive and easy to learn. Look into it, will make life much easier when editing vids.

*OK, just remembered you were using a go pro. Not sure about the video editing software for that one...

Finally got my GoPro video edited for viewing.  It may be a tad long, but I know you all like to see fish being landed.  Gawd I hate Windows Live Movie Maker.  It's painfully slow to edit and move around in.  I'll have to look around for something like CBY is now using.

Thanks for the help in recovering my kayak Jammer, Flyin Portagee, and Willbd.
