heh, i don't think you have much to worry about. they might have been better off getting jet ski's or a small ski doo jet boat instead.

Looks like Multnomah  County.

They are going to have a hard time keeping up with the hobies out there, Thats the Jaskson Coosa , Nice Kayaks, but I bet they have Elect motors for them too And the Lights on their Helmets ..

Thats at the Gleason ramp on the Columbia right by the airport.  Kinda sad when a guy can recognize boat ramps by partial pics   My guess is they use them on small lakes like Blue Lake etc. for boater safety checks (as sherifs don't do fish and game enforcement)
