Well it's just about time for those beauty Steelhead to be runnin our rivers and I'm ready to take a shot at it. If anyone's interested at giving it a shot as well It'd be more than welcome. Not sure where to try either so that's another thing. Any ideas? A mellow river that could be paddled upstream would be perfect.

Ummmm.. I'm going snowboarding this weekend and getting a tattoo next Sat... maybe next Sunday?

Do you have a drift anchor set up on it yet? I've drifted a few times w/o and it was pretty sketchy. I'd suggest getting that done first... unless you don't mind swimming.. ;D

Thanks Mike. Personally, I think mine pales in comparison to Scwafish's. He's a fabricating madman. I believe he'll be fabricating/selling them through his shop Great White Kayak Company pretty soon.

I'm not sure what the river levels are right now, but one drift I've wanted to do is the Snoqualmie from Plum's landing to Fall City.  You can scout most of this stretch from the road.  Should be ok for the late season brats and maybe an early nate (CNR).

I've also thought about this. It looks like a lot of fun. Have you got your drift anchor set yet??
