I've been using magic seaweed for a primary surf and marine forecasts for years.  I double check on some others before making that 2 hr drive.

This one's $1.99, but pulls together what you want.

I got marine weather by bluefin. Its free and works great! Gives you the exact current forecast from Noaa. You just tap the map where you want to see the forecast and it brings the Noaa forecast right up. And you can see live bouy readings and what not.

I found a good one called Tide Graph. Best feature is that it lets you scroll and see the flow rate at a point on the graph. A good feature for crabbing or those navigating tide sensitive routes. $1.99

I got the MSW app, but I like the site better. There used to be a page on MSW that explained how their models were assembled, it was pretty evil genius style.

Accuracy wise MSW forecasts beat NOAA forecasts IMO. I think NOAA tends to err on the side of caution because so much commerce depends on their data. If MSW tends to err on the side of caution, surfers are pleasantly surprised by slightly bigger waves. MSW isn't burdened by potential loss of life and or oil tankers causing environmental catastrophe if their numbers are a little off.
