Caught this story today and though, "I would need my seat surgically removed from my behind if this happened to me...."

I've always heard an alligator will knock a canoe over to get to a dog. :'(

I jumped the first time I watched it...wasn't expecting an explosion of water.
If nothing else, it was a VERY persistent little bugger...attacked, guy back-paddled (still try to get his line in...funny) then the gator came open mouthed after the yak...wow

Brought the kids in to watch, and all I could think was "this video needs banjo music".

The kids were like "Dad, do we really have to watch ANOTHER video??"...then all three jumped!
All I heard (after the screams of my daughters) was "Dad, I'm glad we don't have alligators here on the coast".

Me Too...
I know what I am...My wife tells me all the time!!
