The Dallas HS Basketball team is holding a fishing tournament at Mercer Reservoir on June 9th.  Mercer Reservoir is only open to fishing once or twice a year so this is a chance to fish where there is little pressure on the fish.  Mercer holds a good population of Cutthroat Trout and Bass so I'm hoping to add to my AOTY score.  I signed up this morning and was the first registrant, so there are 14 more boat openings, Dallas limited the tourney to 15 boats and 250 shore anglers.

Details: https://sites.google.com/a/dsd2.org/fishing/home

If anyone out of the area wants to register but can't make it to Dallas during the week, PM me and I'll try to help get you registered.

Sweet. That's a great lake with some nice cutties. I don't think I can make it but I hope you put the smack down to lot!

Fished with Indydyflyer and Deluxeharley at this event. I landed 3 cutts and took 5th place.
Bass were a no show at this event. I thing the water was too cold.

Thanks Dan (Indyflyer) for signing me up for this event.

Your welcome, it was a good day on the water fishing and good to meet you and Deluxeharley.   I was skunked in the catching fish division but I'm saving up the mojo for ORC next weekend. ;D

Did you guys catch any of the landlocked coho that are in there? I've just been there once, last fall when the gate was open. That was the only fish I got that day. That's a really nice lake.
