Hey everyone.  I haven't been very active lately, but I wanted to let you know that it is official.  Scotty is releasing the slip discs that I mentioned on this thread.  Not sure of pricing yet, but the release is scheduled for this fall.  Keep your eyes on your distributor's shelves.  Hope everyone had a great summer.

That looks like a winner.  I've been wanting the ability to fine tune my rod holder for a long time.  Hopefuly the strength (when tightened) exceeds the amount of drag necessary to set the hook when trolling for salmon.
