Went and spent the day at north fork resivor in hopes of even the tinyest fish. But nope, nothing, nada. Not even a bite! Tried rooster tails, bobber hook and worm. Then hook and power bait. Then back to the roaster tails. Nothing!! >:D

That's how I roll!

Upside to all of that, is you don't have to clean no fish, and then figger out a way to cook 'em.  :icon_thumright:

Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

The longer you wait till your first fish the better it will taste  :P

A J-5 or J-7 jointed rapala works really well on the stocked 'bows in my experience

Look on google maps and go to the spot marked North Fork Clackamas River. 1 orange or pink power egg on an egg hook and you can't miss. Go through the tube or culvert or whatever it's called and drop it in. We fish from the bank there and it is nonstop action. All really small but a guaranteed catching spot.

Yeah when I looked on google maps. There is the north fork in the middiftar the river. Then on the other side of 224 is a little resivor, is that the one your talking about. I'll have to check it out. Maybe today after work. Thanks for the tip.
