2012 ORC Fish Dork Trivia ... with Prizes!!

Ok ... so I'm a little late with fish dork trivia for this year's ORC but this one is a dandy!
Rules : Just PM me the answer one guess per person .... pretty simple.
Just know that I will probably post a list of responces just for fun and no I wont say who gave each responce so no one gets embarrassed.
All correct answers will receive some sort of prize that I dig up and I'll fillet your entire stinger at ORC ... yes even the cabi. The prize wont be anything super cool but it might be at least slightly useful.

Sure change the rules when you are looking at a ton of fish to clean.

Ok ok ..... a few too many people dork out at the cleaning station. This is just the largest I have seen
I will be more than happy to fillet fish at ORC ..... I just might slow down after hour 4 or so.  going to need to bring a few extra knives.
