LED lights......

Anyone ever use these to give some light for the deck of your SOT kayak? Thinking about putting 2-4 facing inward on the sides of my Outback. I'm looking towards these because they are flush mount, so less chance of getting ripped out by something rubbing against it.

Do you do a lot of fishing in the dark? Is it to give you light on your deck or is it to be seen? I've used a headlamp for both before and it works pretty well. It even has a flashing feature.

+1 on the headlamp. typically the only time I'm launching or landing in the dark is chasing kings in Aug-Sep. Seems like a sweet way to big pimp your boat, but more to destroy with saltwater corrosion too.

Awesome 300L headlamp.  Pretty sure it is NOT waterproof.
