Well no, it's more like, no underwear, and using a Jersey accent, I recite:  "I am a star. I'm a star, I'm a star, I'm a star. I am a big, bright, shining star. That's right."

Stuck at 275 after having been on the higher side of 287.
Results from VA show a possibly cancerous fibroid tumor wrapped around my lower spine. More tests on that to follow. Somewhat explains my weight gain and mobility issues but not all.

New VA doc told me this morning to find a yoga studio that specializes in restorative side of the discipline and to use the weight watcher's online apps to help with diet

Then this bombshell from her: for every 10 lbs you are overweight you  add 100 lbs of strain to your lower back.

So, lots more work ahead of me. Will keep ya posted.
