Sure they'll replace the paddle if it's a defect. Let me know if you need some help contacting them. BTW they're Bending Branches paddles that are made for Hobie.

This is what I get for ordering a new paddle. I think ill just buy the "T" and use it as a backup for the T13 and get another paddle for the Outback.

Thats an eye opener. I'd better start carrying my back-up in the salt again.

I always carry a backup. My paddle may or may not ever fail, but if somebody else's MD or paddle breaks on the salt, I'd much rather loan a backup paddle than execute a tow in wind and swell.

Then if we all carried our backup as you do then you wouldn't need to.  :icon_scratch:
