I packed up my yak and whatever I could fit in the center hatch storage compartment for tackle and headed to Battleground Lake yesterday for some trolling fun.
The fishing was slow at best in the morning. I picked up a couple on the surface trolling some hardware and one on a bobber with Berkley natural worm. I got bored and tried something I've wanted to try since I bought my Outback. I stood up in my kayak and paddled around the lake as if I were on a SUP. It was awesome. AndyJade would be proud.  :headbang:
The bankies were not having much luck with the power bait. One guy in a canoe hooked into a monster that ended up snapping his rod.
After making a few rounds of the lake, the handy dandy fish finder informed me that most of the fish were holding around 18-20 feet. Feeling lucky, I got out my trusty F2 Froggy Flatfish, tied on 6 feet of leader to 1 oz cannon ball on a slider and resumed my troll. It was like flipping a switch. They went bananas for the froggy flatfish.
I have ordered some GoPro anti fog strips after more than half my footage was rendered useless due to extreme fogging in my GoPro 2 waterproof housing.  :angry5: The video below is from what I could salvage of the footage.
The music is a bit of a blast from the past. The good ole' 90's.
Enjoy!

Cool video.

Spray the inner side of the housing lens with Cat Crap (it is a real anti-fogging product :)).  Also, now that it is warm, blow cold dry air conditioned air into the housing before sealing it. That helps eliminate the moisture.  I have never tried the strips, but will be interested to see how you like them.

Thanks Craig! I will try your AC idea. I have never heard of "Cat Crap" before but I'll look into it. The GoPro strips (set of 3) are supposed to work for 4-5 uses each and then supposedly you can stick em in the oven to suck the moisture out of them and they work for another couple uses. I heard they work well, but they're kinda spend at 15 bucks for a set of 3.

It isn't super cheap either, but I have had good luck with it.  I used my 20% off coupon at REI last time I had a coupon.  I think to get near 100% fog free, a combination of the Cat Crap and strips would be good. I use Rain-x on the exterior of the housing.

I've also had luck using anti-fog wipes for ski goggles. They're pretty cheap this time of year and come in little single use packs

You can also just cut some squares of paper towel to fit inside.  I did this when I was down at  GS6 and launched in the early morning air.  Seamed to work dandy.

IHop, You cannot make it available for mobile when you put any kind of background music that is not royalty free.  I doubt that anyone that puts a video on YouTube intentionally selects to not allow for mobile devices.  What would be the point of that?  It’s just some dumb thing that YouTube does when you upload the video or shortly thereafter.  The option for allowing it to be shared on mobile devices at this point is grayed out and no longer selectable.
PROGRESS IS JUST BEING THERE!

Yeah it's the music. Sorry Hop. I'll upload it to Vimeo post the link. Going forward I think I'm going to use Apple's Garage Band to either edit existing songs or make my own. That way YouTube doesn't block it.

RR (Paul) and I hit BG today. He was on the water when I pulled up at 6:45. He helped me unload my baby yak (Tidewater 100 I bought for the grandkids) and then headed out. By the time I loaded the yak, parked the car and got on the water he'd already caught six trout. I fished a few hours with zero results while RR had nailed about 15-20 fish. He then graciously set me up with his "secret sauce" and headed home. Paul is a real class act and a stand up guy!

With RR's secret weapon I proceeded to hook half a dozen in the next hour and Christened the little yak with some trout slime. I released five unharmed and donated the largest one to a nice couple getting skunked bank fishing. Paul had donated several to them when they mentioned they were camping at BGL and planned a fish fry.

Sadly, my biggest one today was only 12" so no KW points or AOTY upgrades.

Yep, IHop can actually propel a yak sans sail or Mirage Drive! The TW 100 is a flighty little filly but should be great for the nippers. Hoping to get my youngest grandson his first fish on Tuesday with it.
