I was checking the surf at lunch today and happened on this "live" webcam image from Lincoln City.

AJ might be right. I think the shape on the left side is a kite, the one straight ahead though sure does look like an dorsal though. Here is a recent photo.

Actually, the dorsal looks a little too wide in relation to the body of the "orca". I know the males can have a dorsal that's 6 feet tall but I believe the shape should be more narrow. Maybe it's an orca, but maybe it's nothing.

In the original pic, the right-most object has a tail that is being blown in roughly the same angle as the left-most object's tail. I would, however, love to believe that orcas are slurping casino tourons from road's end, though. But I'm going with a pair of kites.

haha, there are several "killer whale eats <<fill in>>" on youtube.  here's another i like:
"A venturesome minority will always be eager to get off on their own,
and no obstacle should be placed in their path;
let them take risk, for God sake, let them get lost, sun burnt, stranded, drowned,
eaten by bears, buried alive under avalanches -
that is the right and privilege of any free American."

One on the left looks a little like Nessy to me and the right one is definitely a chupacabra.
