I love that in your email you obviously quoted the regs but they went on to say "Your best source for information on licenses, daily limits, season, restrictions, etc. would be the 2009/2010 Fishing In Washington Sport Fishing Rules regulation pamphlet."  Umm...no, that's not your best bet, it's written by lawyers.

WE'RE THE ONE'S WHO PAY FOR EVERYTHING !!!....that's what pays for fish and wildlife conservation studies and efforts to properly manage our game and yet they continue to screw us to the point that we don't even want to participate anymore...

i read it that you can keep 2 of each particular species of flounders.  nothing else you can legally keep besides salmon in the southern canal.

I haven't looked at this area's rules but I called up when I was confused about the bottomfish limit, they informed me that I could keep, then 15 greenling, so if they are a bottomfish without a specified limit, like "6 Black or Blue rockfish" then you can keep as many as the bottomfish limit allows.

The rules are very confusing sometimes.
