Ocean Conditions are looking great for Sun morn. Jpcrowley80 and I will be hitting the West Port jetty from day break until roughly 11ish. High tide is 10:58, and you don't want to be out there when the ebb starts to flow. MSW is predicting 1' @ 18 sec right now, so our target is the sunken jetty. Come out and join us.

You wouldn't have wanted to fight the motorcyclists this weekend on their way to and from Ocean Shores anyway. :)

You are right Lee, the spot forecast looks much better than the area forecast. Still might be worth the trip

I'm scrapping it. Gonna do some king trolling off Solo Point Fri and Sat am. Not sure about Sun yet, but I'll be fishing for something somewhere!

  revjcp,
There is a sunken jetty off the large main jetty at Westport. It's a little furthur out.
Shouldn't be too much 2 wheeler traffic on South Beach.

I'd love to join you guys out in Westport this weekend---but no can do.
I'm taking a bunch of carvings to the Tokeland Wood Fest, Sat and Sunday.I will be checking to see if any salmon are being caught off Washaway Beach or furthur in from there.I'll report what I find out Sunday night.
                                                                                                                    Mark out.......

Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent
