I have a yellow Hobie Marage Sport came with: marage drive, delux seat, two piece paddle, rudder and hobie wheel cart.
Owned it for nearly six months and have added the following:
1 Scotty rod holder, 1 rod leash, 1 paddle leash, 1.5lbs claw anchor, 3lbs claw anchor, 2.2lbs shovel anchor and most recently an anchor trolley.
I have also obtained a Stohlquist Drifter PFD, chest mounted Deep Sea Squees "blunt tipped" dive knife, a Gopro 960p and a Gopro HD with led display.

Near future addition will be a hummingbird 385ci kayak combo fish finder/Gps

My most recent adventures include The Mighty Fraser river sturgeon and Pitt lake dolly varden fishing,

Since the purchase of a kayak my fishing success has tripled and then some.
Mainly targeting spring cutthroat and rainbow trout, in the process of perfecting salmon and sturgeon methods.

In conclusion I hope to have some pictures available in future posts.

I am looking forward to any advice or questions.

Welcome to the site.  I am currently trying to land my first sturgeon from a yak as well. Good luck and keep us posted.
Water everywhere, but not a drop to drink.

I'm using 100lbs braided "tough line", #6 gamigatsu octopus hook, penn 330gt2 reel, 8' shimano technium rod west coast edition, 12 - 16 oz pyramid weights with a line slide method.

I'm fishing the Snake R below Lower Granite Dam in SE WA and I am using basically the same setup as you are.  This isn't the ideal time of year to be fishing them around here, but it's not going to stop me from trying.  I only recently got my anchor setup installed on the yak so I missed out on the spring sturgeon fishing, which is supposed to be the best time around here.
