Legitimate: conforming to recognized principles or accepted rules and standards

Anyone else notice the pic of our own Jeff Anderson (Rawkfish) in Northwest Sportsman this month?  It accompanies an article by Andy Schneider that isn't about kayak fishing.  Now, that's Legit!

I thought kayak fishing was the only thing interesting about Jeff, but apparently I missed something. 😍

I'll have to check out the article.

Thanks, Spot!

If it's the pic I think it is, I was just the pupil that day.  Here's the professor.  (He gets the photo credit for that pic too)

And LB, I think you were right originally, it's just kayak fishing.  ::)  ;D

I also noticed that a pic of Rawk's yak (aka the RAM Posterchild) was used to showcase RAM's rod holders on either the RAM site or another big distributor.
I can't find it now to prove my point, and maybe he uploaded it himself. But I thought it was cool nonetheless.
My wife thinks fishing is merely guys wandering around like idiots swinging sticks in the air. Many of my trips prove how smart she really is.

Go to the above link and look at the scrolling right side pics about 1/4 the way down from the top. They link to the same article that got posted on here. http://www.northwestkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=5957.0
And now I notice INSAYN has pics of his rig up there as well. Good job guys.

This is what happens when you start putting pics up on the internet.  You never know where they'll end up and when they will surface.   ::)   :D

Did they send you some free swag? Or will your boat sink if you add a 37th ram mount  ;D

No swag at my doorstep.   :'(

At least the pictures they used aren't going to get me arrested.   ;D

I love it when I'm having a leisurely afternoon cable-laying session, flipping thru the latest Northwest Sportsman...and I see my friends!  Rawkfish and his nice nehalem bay coho are one again featured, this time as the photo contest winner.  Pelagic took the photo - congrats!

Then further on I see the Sammamish Salmon Slayer (Pixster) showing off a nice silver from the snoho, the feature pic for Zee's great article on the river.  Nice work guys!!

it's taken what, old schoolers? 8 years, maybe more, and a massive amount of work to start getting the recognition so well deserved? wondering how many converts it;s brought the sport?
