from the FAQ:

Q: I have a sponsor and would like to apply logos or decals to the hull, can I do this?
A: Only official tournament sponsor logo's will be allowed on the hull.

 >:(

Shirts and hats are still legit though.

Even that is not allowed...

Q. Can I wear my sponsors hats during the event.
A. No, the event will have an arrangement of hats which you can wear during the tournament.
Q. Can I wear my own fishing jersey or shirt during the event.
A. No, Only event clothing can be worn during the completion.

Can you at least say "NWKA" while you're there? Or is it only officially event sponsored words that are allowed?

If you look through the rules any alcohol (or drugs) at all on the yak is grounds for banning from the tournament (and all subsequent).

More importantly, does Jammer get to keep the boat when the tourney is over?   :glasses2:

Oh, and Jammer.....when you get down there you gotta hit up Texas Land and Cattle for a badazz steak, and Rudy's BBQ for the real deal in brisket!
And if you have time, the Catfish Parlour.

Love those places.

I was invited initially but due to daddy duties had to get a backup. Go get 'em Michael.

Listen to Craig! There is a lesson here (that I learned the hard way).
Texas BBQ= Beef
Southern BBQ=Pork

I was talking with Michael earlier last week and he was gathering up and needing some some more gear. I know he is sponsored and all but I know he will have a lot of out of pocket expenses. I just sent him a donation via paypal to help him make us proud. ...Just thought I would throw that idea out there for such a great fella!

Thank you so much for all your support guys. I can't f**king wait. Less then 2 weeks.

Zee, we were both invited at the same time. Why do you refer to me as your alternate for the trip?

Anyone have any strong advice for fishing LMB in Austin, Texas? Both lakes are the cooling lakes for nearby power plants and have a maintain a consistant temperature year round.

Cheers NWKA! :)

Yes seriously guys...... No funds needed for the tourney. I've got plenty of help from local sponsors as well as most of it is paid for from Hobie..

Thanks for the generous offer Browns but I will be refunding your money.

Cheers!

Ps....please also don't help fund fungunnin. He's too deadly. :)
