Tree and Landscape Service, Seattle area

Anyone here do any tree trimming and landscape service, or have a recommendation for such.  I have a rental house in the Greenlake area of Seattle that I need some work done on.  First quote came in shockingly high, so I'm looking for other options and thought I'd throw it out here.
