I got a couple of these recently:

http://dx.com/p/1-5-lcd-double-precision-portable-digital-electronic-weighting-hook-scale-45kg-max-35716.

It's just as accurate as this Rapala: http://www.rapala.com/Digital-Scales/Digital%20Scales,default,pd.html?start=9&cgid=rapala-toolsAndAccessories-scales

I haven't used it for fish yet, but works well weighing a bucket of squid.

I'm not affiliated with this product or e-tailer...just passing on a good find. Ymmv....
