NW river Kayak designs...

I found this quote in a forum post:

"...Way short on rocker for what I consider a good NW river boat IMO.  ...It would not be my first choice for running NW salmon/steelhead water"...

what is the opposite of this?  what are considered good designs/boats for NW river/salmon/steelhead water?

I think the consensus was more rocker (bow from nose to tail) and less chine (the full length keel most SOT's sport to improve flat water handling).

I still haven't seen the perfect river boat but I'm pretty happy with my T11.
