I would love to have caught it on the bug wand, but the picture is deceiving.  I hadn't put my fly rod away yet because I had been fly fishing for Pinks.  Caught on a flasher and hootchie combo.  I posted a video in the BC section of the forum.  It give a little more detail of what I was doing.

Argh!  You guys are killing me down south.  Well the King fishing should start here in AK for the smaller feeder kings (about half are blackmouth size the other half 15 to 20 pounds) soon! 

But here'a Throwback Thursday shot...from a time before I knew it was possible to catch fish from a kayak...many many many moons ago.... 71 pounds.
