Thanks fellas. I've had some health issues that have kept me off the water for a while. Most of that seems to be behind me now (hopefully).
I see not much has changed around here. Shenanigans as usual.  ;)

If you are like me, and manage to puke even after taking Dramamine and a scopalamine patch along with candied ginger, you might also try eating a shit ton of saltine crackers (or some other cracker you prefer) right before you get on the water, but only drink little to no water with them.  The idea is to make a massive solid food plug that doesn't slosh back and forth in your stomach.  I drink very little water when out on the ocean. I figure that bordering dehydration can't be any worse than puking all the fluids you drank out anyways.

There is something about a mixture of diesel fume and burger grease that always gets me.  It starts with dry heaving and progress slowly into cold sweat.  Eventually it manifest into full chum-hurling gag reflex.

Fortunately I don't get seasick on a kayak.  No concoctions of drugs or herbal medicine needed. God bless kayak fishing!
