Personally I really like my wheelez cart. Yes you have to strap it down, but once strapped it doesn't go anywhere.
I will say that it took me awhile to find the sweet spot for landing the kayak on top. The trick was to angle the wheels, not lay them parallel to the kayak.

Is there some trick to strapping on to a wheeleez cart?  I've just been using my yakima straps for both car topping and tying to the cart, but have had issues with the cart slipping off when navigating some bumpier terrain.  Went so far as to improvise a pair of removable posts to go up through the scupper holes this past weekend in hopes that they would help keep the wheels in place, but haven't gotten a chance to test them out yet.

I run my tackle box just behind my seat and run the straps fore and aft of that. Completely eliminates slip.
