One idea I have had for both male and female is a large syringe.  Something around 50ml.  Pull out the plunger, perhaps snip the needle port back a bit to enlarge the exit hole.
Ouch! Not to mention insuffiecient capacity  :-\

See the link below for a MUCH more comfortable male solution. If you don't want to compromise the your dry suit or waders, the bag it comes with works GREAT. You really don't have to ask. (and it comes in a variety of sizes)

You can kind of train your bladder for kayaking. When I get in my yak my bladder shuts off more or less. can go 6-8 hours without a pee.

Says the 33 year old ::)

I'll be impressed when you can say that in 20 years. ;D

I've had my share of close ones. In January I have two hours of bladder control. By August I have 6-7 hours.

Experienced the need to pee while out in my dry pants and pedeling the Revo and realized the Hobie engineers are most ingenious!  Straddled the yak, scooched forward a tad, dropped the front of the dry pants with slight effort and pointed in the direction of the mirage drive which has an open area to the water. After fininshing, just applied a couple of quick hand spalshes of water from the outside and perfecto! Twice in four hours, which may mean for the male and female mirage drive owners great freedom!
No fish.

The Hobie Adventure is one up on the Revo. It comes with a designated relief slot (on the starboard side no less) that's specially designed for that function. Some folk seem to think it's for a center board, but we know better. Narrower hull is easier to straddle too.
