Jay,  How'd you do?  Any fish in Hagg, and did you actually dunk yourself in that cold water?

Let's just say it was a great day to paddle!!! The weather varied from broken sun to tiny hail with wind from just breezy to calm. The water and air temps, on the other hand, caused me to rethink my plans. I paddled for almost 6 hours and didn't even get a bite. Now I'm relatively new to fishing so this is just normal for me. I put in at Sain Creek and paddled CCW down to the dam and back. Most of the time I was trolling a rooster tail or Dick Nite spoon. Around the dam I tried with a jig a bit but I hand no clue about how that works. On the other hand, I did collect quite a bit of floating trash, especially and the plunker end of the dam. Don't they know that fish really don't like Dr Pepper labels??? ??? :P

I'll need to fine tune my fishing rig before Drano. I'll be heading out again next weekend, Hagg or somewhere else. I'll be adding a Scotty mount to the tray, similar to the mod you did. My neck is still a bit stiff after looking over my shoulder so much.  :-\
