I've gotten that question a couple times in the past few minutes alone, so I'll throw it up for everyone.

The place is http://highlife-adventures.com/

For those wondering, I would absolutely recommend them.  We did our first zip lines when we were in Kauai for our wedding in October, and have been looking forward to going again.

The High Life tour had less waiting around and was really compact, meaning not a whole lot of walking.  There was about .5 miles of walking total (though it's mostly uphill for obvious reasons).  In Hawaii there was a lot more walking.  The longest runs at High Life are 1200 feet  (compared to 1800 feet on kauai) but they are all fun and the last one is a double so you can go side by side with your wife/buddy/etc.

Only bad part is you can't go upside down  :-(

They will also rent you a gopro and you can keep the memory card when your done.  Be sure to ask for extra batteries, they ran out a lot for the people that were using a rental in our group.
