I just emailed Camp Long (thanks Dino) to see if any cabins are available,  It will be my wife and I, so there would be 5 more beds and maybe some floor space.  Here is some info

CABINS
Cabin There are 10 rustic cabins named after local mountain peaks.  Each cabin has six full sized beds in 3 sets of double bunks.  Each cabin has a faucet, sink and fireplace outside.  Many of the cabins have BBQ or a fire ring close by.  There are two comfort stations on site that have showers, toilets and sinks.

Cabin Rentals
NOTE: Overnight use of Cabins is restricted to a maximum number of 120 participants (i.e., 10
cabins @ 12 per cabin). Cabin fees are non-refundable.
2013 2014
$50.00 $50.00 Per night, per cabin (maximum of 12 persons per cabin)
$50.00 $50.00 Refundable damage deposit per cabin

It's an easy launch, mostly gravel (small rocks) from the pavement to the water. Wheels will be helpful.

Where will the check-in/length-in booth(s) be located, and when does check-in open?

For those who have pre-registered and provided a waiver by mail, can our check-in be at the same time as the length-in?

Hope you can make it Demonick,  Based from your Avitar Photo,  I am going to bring and offer you the best my humidor has to offer.....   to celebrate my getting the winning fish of course   ;D

Thank you!  What sort of vitola is your favorite, e.g., corona, panatela, robusto, petite corona, etc.  Or your preferred ring size and length?

See 1st page for info. Check-in/Measuring Station is the same at Jack Block Park.

You only need to check-in in the morning prior to launching if you have not mailed in a waiver. If you do not see your name in red on the participants list then I have not received your waiver and registration.

You MUST bring your fish in for measuring by 3 pm.

Thanks for the clarification on check-in.

Jack Block is a oddly shaped park and I've never been there before.  Load/unload and parking are separated.  Where in the park will check-in/measuring be located?

I got a reply "August 16th 4 cabins are open right now.  17th, Saturday all cabins are booked, and Camp Long is closed on August 18th" so we need to try some place else or go home on saturday after the tournament

For those looking for a place to camp The Seattle/Tacoma KOA is not to far from Jack Block and they have 8 tent sites available (I just checked online).

I just got the last spot at saltwater.  I was going to go with the KOA, but Saltwater looked nicer.   I will register tomorrow.

Just look for the Canopies (tents) with tables by the water, it'll be hard to miss. We will also have some HeroesOnTheWater banners.

Just added 2 more sponsors.

It's getting down to the wire guys. Get signed up and mail in your waivers/registration. We're about half way to our goal, hope we get another 30 more participants. Thanks again for your support!
