I'd love to go but I gotta save pennies and time for Kodiak.  Argh. Maybe I can convince one of PB friends to ferry me over one day!

Got word back from the water taxi out of Whittier.....no go from there.  They just don't go that far.

Who's in if we have to drive to Valdez to get a ride?
No matter how many times the PB's tell me I'm nuts....I still smile every time I out fish them

Absolutely in -- we can either put a car with boats onto the ferry, or take the scenic drive. Not a big deal, either way.

I'm gonna have to bow out of this one.  I've got too many trips planned and need to focus the funds elsewhere.

Game for a couple day trip out of Seward via tent and water taxi though or possibly over toward seldovia.

I was reading the tea leaves correctly then. I'll keep you posted on a couple of trips we're hoping to do -- one for a few days in Aialek Bay (Kenai Fjords NP) and another out by Eshemy in PWS. So hard to plan this year though.

You'll love Aialik.  A few years back we did a paddling/camping trip with Chris at Liquid Adventures.  Worked our way up the western shore hitting up Holgate Arm and Pederson Glacier.  Didn't do much fishing (caught some rockfish for dinner) as it wasn't a kayak fishing trip.  But the scenery and experience was outstanding!!!
