Any One interested in carpooling from the Corvallis area? This would be the only way I could make it to the seminar.

This is for Nate and Spot.

Should those attending this seminar bring anything ---besides lots of questions ?

I'm gonna try to make it down even if it is a 3 hour drive each way.

You don't need to bring anything to the seminar.  We should have lots of examples of different rigs and gear.  If I can find some herring, I'll walk y'all thru a quick brining tutorial and plug cut a couple for anybody who hasn't figured it out yet.

Thanks for the support Mark!

A shameless bump to remind folks about this clinic tomorrow night.

Hope to see a good turnout.  ;D :D

My work schedule looks clear so I can depart work at normal hours.  Just wondering how early we should be there.  In the past experiences with seminars are they full and should people be there like a half an hour early??

If you want to do some shopping before the event then get  there around 6:30 otherwise if you arrive between 6:45 and 7.  That way you make sure you get hot pizza and most likely a seat.   See you tonight.

I found some herring so I'll walk thru a quick, easy and effective tutorial on brining herring for y'all.  It really is a lot easier than many people think.

I look forward to meeting some of our newer members and catching up with some long term ones.

Hope the seminar went well.  I unfortunately didn't get to go because the work day tanked again.
